It is unusual that this is true since most of the people who lived in New Orleans have moved to Baton Rouge or Houston. I suppose that the harden criminals have returned to do what damage they can do.</strong><br /><br />The picture below shows candidates for the President of the United States. I wonder why the others have their hands over their hearts and one does not.
