Crime in New Orleans

Crime in New Orleans, LA seems to continue despite the fact that the police force has been increased. It is unusual that this is true since most of the people who lived in New Orleans have moved to Baton Rouge or Houston. I suppose that the harden criminals have returned to do what damage they can do.

The picture below shows candidates for the President of the United States. I wonder why the others have their hands over their hearts and one does not. It leaves one to believe that there must be some hidden ideas and agendas within the heart of one.
